On December 30, 2021, the 200t bridge crane in the main plant of Laos Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station，which was contracted and constructed by CHMC, was installed.

The Main girder with maximum weight of the 200t bridge crane in the main plant of Laos Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station, is 27.6 tons, with a span of 19 meters. The successful installation of the crane, laid a solid foundation for the installation of the major mechanical and electrical equipment, such as buried parts, stator and rotor of subsequent hydro-wheel units.

Prior to the installation, CHMC Project Department of Laos Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower, organized the installers to carry on a detailed and scientific examination to the hoisting scheme, strengthened the work of safety control and technical disclosure during site hoisting, which guaranteed the smooth installation of the bridge crane.
