  From June 8 to 10,2021, the Acceptance Team which consisted of the Supervision Representative of Laos Owner and the Representative of CHMC Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station Project, made the Factory Acceptance for the turbine rotor, water guide mechanism, the generator rod and other main components of Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station Project.

   

  The Acceptance Team first inquired the design, production and inspection work report of the rotor, water guide mechanism and stator rod, and checked the quality certificate of the original and auxiliary materials of the rotor water guide mechanism, rod, as well as the assembly inspection record and other related acceptance documents, discussed and passed the Acceptance Outline. Combining with relevant specifications, the Acceptance Team checked the rotor appearance, machining dimensions, and welds, and made the static equilibrium test, checked the horizontal and elevation difference, concentricity of inner and outer guide ring, guide leaf clearance and maximum opening size and carried out the action test, witnessed the test process of pressure resistance, corona and instantaneous breakdown medium loss of the stator rod by a spot check as stipulated. All indicators inspected met the design and relevant specifications, and the overall quality was qualified and met the leave-factory conditions.

   

  Currently, the water turbine generator has entered the peak manufacturing period: components of 1# generator were transported to the Project site in batches in June; the manufacture of components of 2#、3# generator were finished in September. The successful factory Acceptance of the main components of the water turbine generator, laid a solid foundation for the mechanical and electrical installation and the future operation of Laos Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station Project.
