Recently, China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) successfully secured the contract for the comprehensive feasibility study and consulting services of a 50MW wind power project in Sri Lanka’s Western Province, marking the company’s significant breakthrough in wind power sector.

To date, CHMC has completed preliminary work including the installation of wind measurement equipment, on-site surveys, and turbine manufacturer evaluations. The company is now preparing to commence topographic surveys and mapping activities to ensure steady project progression.
