Recently, the Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) project undertaken by China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) for Dubai Bangladesh Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. has successfully commenced feed production. This marks a significant milestone in the project’s construction phase and lays a solid foundation for subsequent stable operation.

The commencement of feed production represents a comprehensive test of the equipment’s performance, the process flow, and overall project coordination. Since the project’s initiation, the CHMC team has overcome challenges including limited on-site manpower, high temperatures, and frequent rainfall. Through scientific organization and stringent controls on safety and quality, the team successfully achieved this milestone on schedule.

CHMC will now focus on ongoing commissioning and optimization of production parameters, coupled with enhanced operational monitoring, to ensure the production system operates with high efficiency and stability. These efforts are aimed at expediting the project’s progress towards achieving full designed capacity and performance targets.
