On July 28, China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) signed a training service contract with Electricité du Laos (EDL) for the Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Project in Laos.

The execution of this contract represents an achievement in CHMC’s ongoing efforts to expand both upstream and downstream along the engineering contracting value chain. It will provide substantial support for enhancing EDL’s operational capabilities in hydropower project management.
