
On November 20, 2025, Chairman and General Manager Xiao Ping of CHMC signed a contract with Zhummalievich, the Director of the Directorate for Construction of Water Facilities of the Water Resources Service under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the Construction of Balancing Daily Reservoir on Ak-suu River in Moscow District of Chuy Region project. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Bakyt Torobayev, Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic. Xu Jia, Deputy General Manager of CHMC attended the signing ceremony.
This project marks another significant achievement for CHMC as it deepens its engagement in the Kyrgyz market, demonstrating the Kyrgyz government’s strong trust in the company's technical expertise and project execution capabilities. Once completed, the reservoir will ensure precise water resource management, providing crucial support for local agricultural irrigation, food security, and improved regional flood control capabilities. It will inject robust green momentum into the economic and social development of the area.
