



On December 6, 2025, Cambodian Tatay Hydropower Limited (hereinafter referred as “CTHL”) invited the fourth batch of China's Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Medical Aid Team to Cambodia from China-Cambodia Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Center to its campsite for a voluntary medical outreach event. The initiative provided professional health consultations and TCM diagnostic and treatment services to local residents as well as CTHL's Chinese and Cambodian employees. Chhy Va, Governor of Koh Kong Province, visited the event and personally experienced the therapeutic effects of TCM.
Governor Chhy Va made a special trip to the clinic outreach event, marking her first official research visit to a local enterprise since assuming office. During the event, she was given a detailed introduction of the TCM clinical services, engaged in warm exchanges with local residents, and personally experienced the unique benefits of TCM auricular point pressing (ear seed therapy). Governor Chhy Va expressed high praise for CTHL's organization of the event, thanked the medical aid team for providing high-quality TCM services to the local community and employees, and spoke positively of the cooperation between China and Cambodia in healthcare and cultural exchange.
Zhao Wensheng, Executive Deputy General Manager of CTHL, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the medical aid team. He noted that this clinical outreach event is a testament to the deep-rooted friendship and “people-to-people” bond between China and Cambodia, expressing his hope that the event would bring lasting health to all participants.
Zhang Yan, Captain of the medical aid team, remarked that while hydropower station brings warmth and light to the people, the medical aid team is dedicated to bringing health and hope. She stated that by conducting this clinical outreach at Tatay Hydropower Station, the team hopes to leverage TCM to create healthier lives and add further brilliance to the enduring China-Cambodia friendship.
