On December 15, 2025, Electricite du Cambodge (EDC) officially presented the Year 2025 “Certificate of Appreciation” to Cambodian Tatay Hydropower Limited, a subsidiary of CHMC. The award recognizes the company’s outstanding contributions to clean energy supply, power grid security, and local economic development.

Receiving the “Certificate of Appreciation” is not only an acknowledgement from Cambodia of the technical prowess and management standards of Chinese enterprises but also a vivid demonstration of the “ironclad friendship” between China and Cambodia in the energy sector.
