Recently, the Joint Adventure led by China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) has further deepened its cooperation with Electricite du Cambodge (EDC). Building on its success in winning the bid and signing the contract for the 100MW/200MWh Battery Energy Storage Project in Takeo Province, Cambodia, the Joint Adventure formally signed a supplementary contract for the project, upgrading its scale to 150MW/300MWh.

Upon completion of the project’s expansion, it will significantly enhance the local power grid’s peak shaving and frequency regulation capacity, ensure power supply security, and provide a more solid and stable power support for Cambodia’s economic and social development.
