One of the main businesses of CHMC incorporates providing the design, supply, installation and system commissioning of complete sets of technical equipment for open-pit stripping or underground mining in coal, metal and non-metal mines. CMHC has contracted more than 400 individual projects in 94 mining areas at home and abroad, provided complete sets of equipment such as 15 million tons of open pit coal mines, 17 million tons of open pit iron mines, 9 million tons of concentrators, between 0.9 million and 5 million tons of coal washeries, open pit copper mine concentrators with daily capacity totaling 60,000 tons, as well as engineering equipment for 1.5-5 million tons of large-scale shafts, inclined shafts and tunnel excavation.
The Xiaolongtan Coal Mine is located northwest of Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province, and is owned by the Xiaolongtan Open-Pit Coal Mine. CHMC has provided complete sets of equipment such as a 2,000m3 bucket wheel excavator, a transfer truck, a cable car, a high-strength conveyor belt and other equipment for Phase III of the Xiaolongtan Open-Pit Coal Mine in Yunnan Province.
The Inner Mongolia Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine is located in Jianchangying, Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. It belongs to Pingzhuang Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 5 million tons of raw coal. In cooperation with MAN TAKRAF of Germany, CHMC has been contracted to provide a complete set of continuous mining equipment at the Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine, including a 3,600m3/hour bucket wheel excavator, a 5,000m3/hour bulldozer, a 1,400m3 semi-mobile crusher and related crushing station equipment, a centralized control system, an information management system and other equipment. The project was named a first-class high-quality project by the Inner Mongolia Coal Department.
The Dexing Open Copper Mining and Dressing Project is located in Dexing County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, and is owned by Dexing Copper Mine, Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. By introducing P&H technology, CHMC has provided a 2,300XP excavator with a bucket capacity of 16m3, a 380 mm-diameter cone drill, a 10m3 excavator, a 410 horsepower bulldozer and other open-pit copper mining equipment for Dexing Copper Mine.
