As one of the earliest contractors to enter the international building materials market and export a large number of complete equipment sets, CHMC has cooperated with professional international companies in introducing a number of advanced cement production and manufacturing technologies with the spirit of honesty, pragmatism and professionalism. It has taken on the construction of more than 100 cement factories in China, Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and other areas, and is able to provide complete sets of process equipment for the clinker cement plant with a daily capacity of 1,000-10,000 tons, as well as EPC project general contracting services.
The BG Group Milling Project is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As part of the project, there are 4 vertical mill grinding stations with capacities of 175 tons/hour of slag cement and 250 tons/hour of OPC cement. As the general contractor, CHMC is responsible for providing process design, mechanical equipment, electrical and control equipment, automation equipment, instrumentation, materials, spare parts for two years, technical guidance for field installation and commissioning and related training services abroad and within China.
The Grinding Station of the Chittagong Cement Plant is located in Chittagong City, Bangladesh. The project’s owner is Heidelberg Cement Group, one of the world’s three largest cement groups. The project is equipped with a Φ4.6x14.5m double slippery cement mill, a 4,500kw asynchronous motor and a JS160 hard tooth surface reducer. The project marks the first time that Heidelberg Cement Group of Germany has adopted a large grinder made in China, which serves as an indication that the Chinese manufacturing industry has been accepted by the global cement industry. CHMC has taken on the general contracting of project design, equipment manufacturing, supply, technology and commissioning guidance.
The Bangladesh Mill Station project is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is a 60 ton/hour cement grinding production line for the No. 3 production line of the MI Cement Plant in Bangladesh. CHMC’s responsibilities include the general contracting of project design, equipment manufacturing supply, technical guidance and commissioning guidance. This project marks the first time along this production line that a double slipper cement mill has been introduced to the Bangladeshi market. In 2011, CHMC once again contracted the construction of the No. 4 90 ton/hour cement grinding production line of the MI cement plant in Bangladesh.
Located in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam, this plant produces 2,500 tons of cement clinker per day. It is one of the five largest cement projects approved by Vietnam and invested in by Vietnam Coal Corporation. CHMC has provided EPC general contracting for civil engineering and process design, equipment and material supply, civil construction, equipment installation and commissioning and technical services ranging from inspection to acceptance.
This project is located in Yen Bai, Vietnam, and produces 2,500 tons of cement clinker per day. The developer is Vietnam Construction Import and Export Corporation. CHMC undertakes engineering contracting services for manufacturing, supplying, installation, commissioning and training technology of mechanical and electrical equipment and materials for the whole production line ranging from limestone crushing to packaging and bulk cement.
