One of the main businesses of CHMC incorporates providing the design, supply, installation and system commissioning of complete sets of technical equipment for open-pit stripping or underground mining in coal, metal and non-metal mines. CMHC has contracted more than 400 individual projects in 94 mining areas at home and abroad, provided complete sets of equipment such as 15 million tons of open pit coal mines, 17 million tons of open pit iron mines, 9 million tons of concentrators, between 0.9 million and 5 million tons of coal washeries, open pit copper mine concentrators with daily capacity totaling 60,000 tons, as well as engineering equipment for 1.5-5 million tons of large-scale shafts, inclined shafts and tunnel excavation.
The Pingshuo Antaibao Opencast Coal Mine is located at the junction of Shuozhou City and Pinglu District, Shanxi Province, with a total area of 376m2 and geological reserves of about 12.6 billion tons. CHMC provided a 2,800XP excavator with 25m3 of bucket capacity imported from U.S.A P H for the Pingshuo Antaibao Open-pit Coal Mine, and a 154 ton electric wheel dump truck and cone drill 250 mm in diameter manufactured through cooperation with WABCO of the United States. CMHC has cooperated with Toyota and Komatsu USA to provide a constant supply of 930E mining trucks and truck bodies.
The Tigyit Opencast Project is located in Myanmar and is owned by Shan Yoma Nagar Co., Ltd. of Myanmar. It is an open pit coal mine with an annual design capacity of 800,000-1 million tons of raw coal. CHMC took on the general contract for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operational guidance and technical training of complete sets of equipment at the open pit coal mine.
This coal mine is located in Barapukuria, Bangladesh and is owned by the Bangladesh Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals Corporation. With an annual output of 1 million tons of raw coal, it is the first large-scale modern mine developed and built in Bangladesh. CHMC has exported a complete set of equipment and technical services for underground coal mining with an annual output of 1 million tons of raw coal for the Barapukuria Coal Mine in Bangladesh.
The Wengfu Phosphate Mine is located in Niuchang Town, Fuquan City, Guizhou Province, and is owned by the Wengfu Phosphate Mine, Guizhou Province. CHMC was contracted to deliver the supply, installation, commissioning and technical services relating to mining equipment at the Wengfu Phosphate Mine, Guizhou Province.
The Changcun Coal Mine is located in Tunliu County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, and is owned by the Lu'an Mining Bureau. The Changcun Coal Mine has an annual design capacity of 4 million tons, a large modern coal washing plant with an annual selection capacity of 4 million tons and a washing capacity of 2.1 million tons. CHMC provided the supply, installation and commissioning services for complete sets of equipment for coal mining at the Changcun Coal Mine site, such as main shaft hoists and mine transportation equipment, as well as other items. In addition, CHMC provided the supply, installation and commissioning services for complete sets of equipment for the coal washing plant, such as mine centrifugal machinery and mine screening systems, in addition to other equipment.
