With the vertical integration of the general contracting industry chain as the core and facing the global market, CHMC provides engineering construction services in the primary modes of EP, EPC and BOT for thermal power generation, hydroelectric power generation, nuclear power generation, thermal cycle power generation, wind power generation and power transmission and transformation projects, forming a complete industrial chain of project establishment, feasibility studies, project planning, investment and financing, investigation, engineering design, construction, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and operation.
The Tigyit Power Plant is the first coal-fired power plant in Myanmar, with a total installed capacity of 2 x 60 MW. The project is highly valued by the Myanmar government. CHMC signed a general contract with Myanmar State Electric Power Co., Ltd., and is responsible for the design, supply, civil construction and installation of complete sets of equipment for the power plant. The completed power station has alleviated the pressure of electricity consumption during Myanmar’s dry season and filled the gap of thermal power generation in Myanmar.
The Chongqing Songzao 2×150 MW Coal Gangue Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Project is located in Anwen Town, Qijiang District, Chongqing and is owned by Chongqing Songzao Electric Power Co., Ltd. with an installed capacity of 2 x 150 MW. It is a typical pithead power plant and also a key construction project during Chongqing’s 11th Five-Year Plan period. CHMC has contracted 2 x 150 MW condensing steam turbine units and transformers for Songzao Electric Power Co., Ltd. In addition, CHMC has also contracted a complete set of thermal power generation equipment for its own power plant of the Songzao Mining Bureau.
The Kuching Power Station project is located in Kuching City, Malaysia. The installed capacity of Phase II is 2 x 55 MW. In cooperation with CMEC, CHMC undertakes the supply and technical services of coal conveying systems and coal mills at the power plant.
The Cua Dat project is located in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, and is owned by Cua Dat Hydropower Co., Ltd., Vietnam. The total installed capacity of the hydropower station is 97 MW. CHMC’s responsibilities include general contracting for the design, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, guidance and training of mechanical and electrical equipment of the hydropower station.
The SDIC Hainan Pure Low-Temperature WHR Plant technical renovation project has a new installed capacity of 8 MW. CHMC has taken on the EPC general contract for project design, civil engineering, supply, installation and commissioning.
