The North Line of CHMC Cambodian East Loop Net (Phase Ⅰ) 230kV Electricity Transmission and Transformation Project, officially began construction on March 3, 2018. The Line is 102km in length, and it applies the form of the double circuits on the same tower (single conductor) in the construction; the work scope also includes the construction of a new substation and an extension interval for the opposite substation. The Line passes through economic gardens, farmlands, hills and other areas in Cambodia, and the land requisition and the construction are difficult. From the beginning, CHMC Project Department scheduled in advance, finely arranged, defined the clear responsibility for each staff, firmly implemented the related work, and overcame difficulties such as tight construction period, heavy tasks and field construction in the rainy season. During the outbreak of the new corona pneumonia, CHMC Project Department took strict protection measures to ensure zero infection of the Project personnel, meanwhile, sped up the construction, insisted on safety and quality control in the construction. Finally, the construction of the Line was completed half a year in advance.

During the live operation, CHMC Project Department carried out training on equipment operation and maintenance for EDC staffs, and the Project construction quality and supporting services were dually affirmed by the owner.
