30000 t/d sewage plant project of Lianshui County, Jiangsu Province is an environmental protection project financed by national debt. This project will drive the economic development of Lianshui County, even Huaian City. It is an important project to push economic development by attracting large scale investment in this region. Signing ceremony of contract was held on September 26, 2003 at Huaian City, marked the official start up of sewage plant main contracted by CHMC.

One year ago, CHMC considered to develop environmental protection industry, and supported the exploitation of sewage plant of Lianshui County at very difficult condition. Under the leadership of head office of CHMC, engineers of Environmental Protection Department carried out hard and meticulous work. During the difficult exploration of this project, performance of every engineer is appreciated. Especially Department Deputy Manager Gao Yubao, worked in spite of illness, and set himself an model in work to others. Through unremitting effort, the contract is finally signed.

For the moment，engineers of Environmental Engineering Department are trying to tender sub contracts of purchase, determine to work well, and make the sewage plant project of Lianshui County a model project in environmental protection field.
