On August 26, 2003, First Engineering Department of Myanmar issued "Final Acceptance Certificate" of KYAUKSE Knitting Mill undertaken by CHMC, which means this project was officially accepted by Myanmar authority.

Designed capacity of KYAUKSE Knitting Mil is 1.98 million pieces per year, main products include knitted vest, culture shirt and T-shirt etc. The mill includes three main workshops of knitting, printing and dyeing, needlework, and off-set facility such as boiler room, emergency generating set, etc.

CHMC is responsible for design, equipment supply, technical assistance of installation and commissioning, training of Myanmar staff in China and in Myanmar, etc. The contract with Myanmar side of this project was signed in August of 2001.
