Through tender, evaluation of bid, CHMC was awarded with the supply contract of roughing and intermediate rolling mill for Xining Special Steel continuous rolling mill project, and the contract came into force on June 7, 2004.

This is a new complete plant supply contract awarded by Xining Special Steel, CHMC had already supplied Xining Special Steel with bloom continuous caster for alloy steel in 1994, 6 stand continuous large size bar rolling mills in 2003.
