On August 20, 2010, Lu Wenjun, President of CHMC and President of Beijing Sanlian International Investment Ltd, inspected Stung Tatay Hydroelectric Project in Cambodia.
Mr. Zhu Xu (Vice President of CHMC and President of Stung Tatay Hydroelectric Company), Mr. Zheng Hansong(vice President of Stung Tatay Hydroelectric Company),   Mr. Wang Weiguo(General Manager of Market Development Business Unit in CHMC), and the Site principals from the supervision, design and construction entities accompanied Mr. Lu Wenjun during the inspection.
Despite the long-distance trip, President Lu Wenjun directly went to the building Site on arrival. He inspected the temporary encampment, main dam diversion tunnel, auxiliary dam diversion tunnel, concrete production system and aggregate of the main and auxiliary dam, main and auxiliary dam, workshop, diversion system, permanent residential site and asked the details of Project progress and main problems related in the Project.
President Lu extended his thanks to all and encouraged them to take best efforts to reach the target of the river closure under the precondition of safety and good quality.
As for the lagged progress of diversion hole, President Lu asked the construction entity to increase resource input, take measures to speed up construction, ensure that the general target of the Project could be reached sound and fast.
Finally, President Lu went to the office and living area of Stung Tatay Hydroelectric Company, visiting and consoling the field working staff, encouraging the morale.
