The EPC Project for Tuan Quang Cement Plant with capacity of 2500t/d in Vietnam has been going smoothly since its very beginning. The civil construction and installation work draw to their close, equipment for process, electric and automatic as well as various other non-standard materials including steel structure for the whole plant have been positioned properly.

Meanwhile, the commercial part has also been under its way, the settlement of exchange for complete work has been finished through L/C. Till now, all the due payment before 72h performance test under the main Contract has been collected accordingly. This project has drawn high attention by CHMC since its commencement in May, 2009. Mr. Lu Wenjun, President of CHMC, arrived at the work site located in Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam to learn the situation and progress of the project. During his visit, he stressed the importance to accelerate the project under the condition that the quality is firstly preferred. Morale of all staff at work site were highly encouraged.

With large amount of work, everyone was very busy. Meetings were held to solve some abstruse problems on the agenda and to have everything organized and coordinated. Precautions are necessary, for it is almost impossible to foretell the exact nature of the difficulties which will confront them. On the scene, civil engineering workers were working on epilogue such as ground surface hardening and masonry and plastering for the wall; teams of installation were fabricating pipelines and components with a small amount left and dealing with some problem of circulating water system.

During the execution, Site Managers as well as other Chinese experts have been through difficulties of large and small, they are living same with workers and throw oneself into the breach all the time. The uninvited insects, extremely hot, harsh site condition, overtime work and the like, all these are overcome by the site team with their dedication and assiduous efforts. They believe delivering a first-class and modernized cement plant to the employer shall make all worth it.
