On the occasion of CHMC’s 35th anniversary, I sincerely extend my warmest congratulations.

Tajikistan and China are interconnected with adjoining mountains and rivers, and the bilateral pragmatic cooperation in various fields is smoothly underway, and the strategic partnership is advanced with steady progress. The Tajikistan Chemical Industry Park Project contracted by CHMC is an important fruitful result in response to China's proposal to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt.

CHMC and Tajikistan Aluminum Company (TALCO), both are key state-owned-enterprises in their own countries, we hope the close cooperation between the two companies can contribute to deepening the economic and trade ties of the two countries. It’s expected that the Project can be accomplished in an early manner, which shall not only create benefits, but offer a great many jobs and bring happiness to Tajik people.

Tajik and Chinese governments are now committed to the implementation of the future five-year development program of the bilateral strategic partnership. The two parties shall explore the complementary advantages and potential cooperation, and give impetus to the cooperation in the fields of economy and trade, infrastructure construction, energy, mines, and etc. Tajikistan will create favorable conditions, so as to attract CHMC and more Chinese companies to invest and develop in Tajikistan.
