On March 6, 2018, CHMC Chairman and President, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Xiao Ping, met Mr. Xu Qian, Managing Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of State Nuclear Electric Power Planning, Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd. (SNPDRI), and others guests. CHMC vice-president Mr. Wang Weiguo and other CHMC staff attended the meeting.

In the meeting, both parties respectively introduced their current business situations, their key developing fields and directions in the international market. Both parties stressed that while making good cooperation in the existing projects,   they should further the strategic cooperation, mainly strengthening their cooperation in the thermal power, garbage power, photovoltaic, wind power and biomass, etc, jointly developing new international project market, and achieving a mutual benefit and two-win.
