Picture 3. The trainees Passed the Examination and Obtained the Certificates of Training Completion

On February 24, 2019, 27 technicians selected by the cryolite and aluminum fluoride plant projects (contracted and constructed by CHMC) of Tajikistan Aluminum Company (TALCO), passed the examination and obtained the certificates of training completion after a 30-day technical training in China.

The training included the production technology of anhydrous aluminum fluoride and anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, both theoretical study and production workshop field learning, etc. Through this training, Tajikistan technicians deepened the understanding of the production process, improved the technical level of workshop operation, which laid a foundation for the plants subsequently to be transferred to TALCO and to be operated by TALCO.

To ensure that the 4th production in the cryolite and aluminum fluoride plants could be started as scheduled, the training was arranged during the Chinese New Year Festival. CHMC staffs overcame difficulties, held their posts, organized meticulously, and accomplished the training successfully.
