Recently, the Phase Ⅱ “ CHMC Scholarship” Training Course hosted by CHMC, opened the class smoothly. 10 senior technicians from EDC（Electricité du Cambodge）attended the training. 

The 20-day-training mainly consisted of the operation and maintenance of 15kV and 230kV overhead power transmission lines, aiming to cultivate senior talents for Cambodia in the electricity power operation and maintenance. The form of training is rich, including the comprehensive and systematic theoretical study, field operation in training base, as well as visiting -studying, and cultural exchange in the universities and some enterprises in China.

After the systematic study for 20 days, all trainees stated that it was a valuable chance to come to China for the training, in which their professional ability and technology were further enhanced. They would bring the Chinese advanced technology and rich experiences in operation and maintenance of power facilities to Cambodia, and contribute to the development of electric power in Cambodia.

On January 19, 2017, CHMC and EDC signed the MOM of < Establishment of CHMC Scholarship>, aiming to foster more professional talents in the construction and operation of power facilities, to promote the fast, healthy and sustainable development of Cambodian power industry. The PhaseⅠTraining Course was held in November 2018.
