On September 4, 2019, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Mr. Wang Wentian, Economic and Business Counselor, Mr. Wu Guoquan, arrived in Cambodian Tatay Hydropower Limited (CTHL) for the safety inspection. CHMC Secretary of the Party Committee, Board Chairman, as well as CTHL General Manager, Mr. Zhu Xu, accompanied and attended the inspection. 

During the inspection, Mr. Wang Wentian put forward requirements on the safety production and operation of the Chinese enterprises in Cambodia. He stressed that Chinese enterprises in Cambodia shall all along insist on “Safety First” in the production, care for the life of the staff, effectively implement the social responsibility of Chinese enterprises, adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and the Win – win, make great efforts to do a good job in news and propaganda work, tell a good Chinese story, seek and bring about the well-being and development for the local people, make contribution to the traditional friendship between China and Cambodia.

In the Meeting, Mr. Zhu Xu stated that CTHL would improve the political position, foster a good image, make further efforts to the safety production and operation of the enterprise, make positive contributions to the practical cooperation between China and Cambodia.

Mr. Wang Wentian inspected and directed the safety production work of CTHL. In site, Mr. Wang Wentian canvassed the safety production and the flood prevention of CTHL, and affirmed the production and management work of CTHL. Mr. Wang Wentian required that CTHL should firmly establish the concept of safe development, practically improve the consciousness of production safety, earnestly implement the main body responsibility of safety production in the enterprise, and conscientiously guarantee the safety in the production.
