On September 17, 2019, SINOMACH-HE (SINOMACH Heavy Equipment Group Co., Ltd.) Board Chairmen, Mr. Lu Wenjun, visited EDC（Electricité du Cambodge)，and met with EDC Managing Director Mr. Keo Rottanak.

Mr. Keo Rottanak welcomed the arrival of Mr. Lu Wenjun. He stated that once when Cambodian economic development has just begun, and other countries in the world were not optimistic about it, however, Board Chairmen, Mr. Lu Wenjun, with his long-term strategic vision and outstanding courage, led his team overcoming numerous difficulties, invested and constructed Tatay Hydropower Station. Now Tatay Hydropower Station had been successfully operated for 5 years. It each year contributed one fifth of the national electrical power to Cambodia, and had been an important fulcrum in Cambodian electric energy field. Meanwhile, the two Parties also cooperated closely in the power infrastructure construction, and CHMC had built half of the national power transmission lines and transformation substations in Cambodia. The two Parties had established an unbreakable friendship and trust during the cooperation over a decade. Currently, Cambodia was in the stage of rapid economic development, and the power demand was increasing. Mr. Keo Rottanak hoped that Board Chairmen Mr. Lu Wenjun would lead SINOMACH-HE team to further join in the development and construction of Cambodia.

Mr. Lu Wenjun stated that the successful construction and operation of Tatay Hydropower Station, could not be achieved without the full support of Mr. Keo Rottanak and the hard work of the teams on both Parties; SINOMACH-HE would remain true to its original aspiration and keep its mission firmly in mind, always carry forward the fine tradition of preciseness, integrity and hard struggle; SINOMACH-HE would not only guarantee the safe operation of Tatay Hydropower Power Station, the high quality completion and delivery of the power transmission and transformation projects, but also would participate in wider range of fields in Cambodian economic development and construction, contribute to Cambodian economic and social development wholeheartedly.

President of CMIC (China Machine-Building International Corporation), and Deputy President of CHMC, Mr. Wang Weiguo, attended the meeting.
