Export-Import Bank of China Made a Post-loan Inspection to CHMC Tajikistan Aluminum Company (TALCO) Project

On October 17, 2019, Mr. Guo Mo, the National Manager of the Sovereign Business Department of Export-Import Bank of China, and other two officials, made a post-loan inspection to CHMC Cryolite Plant Project, Aluminum Fluoride Plant Project and Sulphoacid Plant Project.  

 

The Inspection Team deeply went to the Plants, inspected the production lines of hydrofluoric acid, cryolite, aluminum fluoride and sulphoacid, and inquired in detail about the situations of the project construction, raw material preparation, production and sales. The Inspection Team expressed their affirmation on the work which CHMC implemented in the plant construction, production, training, operation and maintenance, as well as the good cooperation relationship built between CHMC and the owner.

 

CHMC Tajikistan Aluminum Company (TALCO) Project obtained the Tajikistan National Acceptance, which took the lead in the same period. The Inspection Team required that CHMC continue to do well in the quality assurance, operation and maintenance, as well as the safety production, and contribute to the practical cooperation between China government and Tajikistan government, create better social-economic benefits for the local.

 

General Manager of TALCO Management Company, Factory Manager and Chief Engineer of TALCO Chemical Plant, and other personnel attended the inspection and communicated with the Team. Tajikistan Party showed their thanks to CHMC for its positive work in the project construction, technical support, staff training, spares provisioning, plant operation and maintenance etc. Tajikistan Party wished that Export-Import Bank of China would continue to support the follow-up cooperation between CHMC and TALCO.   

 

The personnel of CHMC TALCO Project Department and CHMC Representative Office in Tajikistan reported the project production, acceptance and other situations to the Inspection Team.
