In the afternoon of May 26, 2020, Deputy President of SINOMACH-HE (SINOMACH Heavy Equipment Group Co., Ltd.), and Board Chairman of CHMC, Mr. Xiao Ping, visited China National Coal Development Co., LTD. (abbreviated as CNCDC, subordinate to China Coal Group-- China National Coal Group Corporation). Deputy General Manager of Electric Power Business Unit of CHMC, Mr. Zhao Wenlong, and related personnel, accompanied the visit.

Secretary of the Party Committee, and President of CNCDC, Mr. Liu Guosheng, met with Mr. Xiao Ping and other personnel. Mr. Liu Guosheng made a brief introduction of CNCDC’s overview, objectives and development strategy. He said that CNCDC was interested in exploring overseas markets, and enforcing the cooperation with SINOMACH-HE in many business areas overseas. Mr. Xiao Ping introduced the development history and overseas markets overview of SINOMACH-HE and CHMC, focusing on the market and related project development in Cambodia. Subsequently, the two Parties further discussed the investment of the potential cooperation project, the project development and construction, and reached a preliminary agreement on the cooperation in the overseas market development.
