On July 23, 2020, the construction-beginning Ceremony of the 115kV Line-the Forth Section in the Cambodia East Loop Net (Phase Ⅱ) Project which contracted and constructed by CHMC, was held in the Project site. It symbolized that the East Loop Net (Phase Ⅱ)Project fully entered into the construction peak. Staffs of CHMC Project Department, administrators of the sub-contractors and the construction organizations, attended the Ceremony.

In the Ceremony, CHMC Project Department stressed that currently Cambodia had entered the rainy season; all participating units should manage carefully and cooperate with each other with high standards and strict requirements; on the basis of implementing the measures of prevention and control of the epidemic situation, we should strictly observe the safety and quality control of the Project, build the Project into a fine one, and ensured that the Project was completed on schedule.

The 115kV Line of Cambodia East Loop Net (Phase Ⅱ) Project, links Phnom Penh South Substation with Gaotong Substation, with a total length of 50.5km and 168 power transmission towers.
