Beijing, the autumn is cool in October, with fruit fragrance. On October 15, 2020, All CHMC staffs were jubilant, for CHMC held its 40th Anniversary Conference.

At 9:30am, the Conference officially began. CHMC President Mr. Jin Renzhe, presided over the Conference and read out the congratulatory letter from SINOMACH Heavy Equipment Group Co., Ltd.(abbreviated as SINOMACH-HE hereinafter). In the congratulatory letter, SINOMACH-HE sent its warm congratulations to CHMC for the 40th Anniversary; SINOMACH-HE stated that as one of the key enterprises and the leader of the engineering and trade sectors in SINOMACH-HE , meanwhile China is in a period of strategic opportunity for development, CHMC should seize the opportunity and take advantage of the situation and continue to push forward to become stronger, better and bigger, and contribute more to the construction of a world-class high-end heavy equipment integrated service provider with the new achievements of the reform and development. This gives CHMC staffs a great encouragement and spur.

In the Conference, Deputy President of SINOMACH-HE, CHMC Board Chairman, Mr. Xiao Ping, stated that It was not only a special commemoration of the 40th anniversary of CHMC's establishment, but also was a mobilization that CHMC staffs should forge ahead and push forward to realize the high quality development of CHMC, under the condition of normal epidemic prevention and control.

Mr. Xiao Ping reviewed the development history of CHMC, and he expressed that along with the Reform, Opening up and economic development of China, CHMC had experienced the transformation from planned economy system to market economy system, and CHMC had witnessed the development and revitalization of China's heavy machinery industry, recorded the unremitting pursuit and selfless dedication of several generations of Chinese heavy machinery people to the cause, and achieved a large number of domestic and foreign engineering projects with the typical significance and important influence.

In the past 40 years, CHMC has made great achievements in the reform and development, with remarkable enhancement of comprehensive strength, deepening of enterprise reform and development, continuously improving of management and management ability, leading the enterprise development by Party building, coordinating the development of two civilizations, and widening the recognition of social responsibility.

Mr. Xiao Ping stated that 40 years’ struggle history brought us a lot of inspiration; the hard work, tenacious striving, loyalty and dedication were the magic weapon of CHMC; keeping up with the beat of the times, daring to explore and develop steadily was an important prerequisite for CHMC; adhering to people-oriented, building a strong team, were the fundamental guarantee for CHMC to achieve the high-quality development.

Mr. Xiao Ping requested that under the current complex and severe internal and external situations, CHMC shall strengthen its will to fight, put down its former achievements and set out again, be diligent in thinking and planning for the future development.

Mr. Xiao Ping stated that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, CHMC would continue to take Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guide to furtherly carry out the development plans of the 14th Five-Year Plan of SINOMACH and SINOMACH-HE; aiming to the high quality development, CHMC shall pay close attention to the market opportunities of the infrastructure construction and industrial engineering along the Belt and Road, based on the domestic and international markets, with the project contracting, investment operations, trade as the leading three major businesses, to enhance the crisis awareness, market awareness, innovation awareness, synergy awareness, to create market, industry, project management and investment and financing four competitive advantages, perform the  three-dimensional development, the regional deep cultivation, multi-industry, integration, coordination, lean performance and other strategic measures to implement the Party building guidance, organizational optimization, mechanism innovation, functional support, talent training, cultural upgrading, risk management and other safeguards  for risk management, build 'One Core with Two Wings' Business Development Pattern, bring the products of SINOMACH-HE to 'Go Out ', become a comprehensive service provider of the project general contract with strong international competitiveness in the key markets and the key industry domain.

Mr. Xiao Ping stressed that the five years of the 14th Plan would be important for CHMC to overcome difficulties for the next success, would be the five years for CHMC to push forward the transformation and upgrading of its businesses, and to make every effort to achieve the high-quality development. CHMC should make concerted efforts to develop itself into a small and fine, a small and excellent, dynamic and competitive company. To this end, we must: 1. unswervingly strengthen market development, constantly and consolidate the company's foundation for the high-quality development; 2. unswervingly consolidate the project general contracting business, create the 'One Core with Two Wings' business layout; 3. unswervingly strengthen the construction of the talent team, constantly enforce the competitive strength of CHMC; 4. unswervingly pay attention to corporate responsibility, adhere to people-oriented, condense the great power of the high-quality development of CHMC; 5. unswervingly promote the modernization of corporate governance system and governance ability, and promote the improvement of corporate efficiency and efficiency; 6. unswervingly, comprehensively and strictly administering the Party members, and insist on leading the high quality development of CHMC by the high quality Party building.

Mr. Xiao Ping called upon that CHMC shall strive to achieve the development goals set by the first Party Congress of SINOMACH-HE for the next five years, create a 'One Core with Two Wings' Development Pattern, promote the high-quality development, contribute to speed up the construction of a world-class, high-end heavy equipment integrated service provider.

Thematic presentations were also organized in the Conference. 3 CHMC staffs gave wonderful speeches titled with < Changes of CHMC in My Eyes>, < Gratitude to CHMC> and <Lovely CHMC Staffs>. Senior staffs of CHMC told about what they had seen and felt in the company for more than 30 years; young told about their growing up experience and the noble character of CHMC staffs that they saw and heard in their daily work.

The Conference ended successfully in the chorus of the participants singing of “Sing for Motherland”.

In the pre-conference interactive session, CHMC staffs gathered to the new-arranged hall in the first floor of the office building, with 12 banners from the ceiling of the hall to the ground, in writing 'Converge Efforts for the Development, Forge Ahead for the New Achievement” and other contents, highlighting the theme of the Conference.

CHMC staffs were in high spirits, joined hands, took pictures, or surrounded themselves at the check-in stage, signed up, or stopped to watch LED big screen, enjoyed the warm-up video which was recorded for the Conference, or came to the newly-completed CHMC showroom to listen to the wonderful explanation presented by other staff.

CHMC leading group members and more than 240 employees in Beijing attended the Conference. Staffs of CHMC overseas Institutions and overseas project sites attended the Conference by the videoconference.

CHMC's 40th Anniversary Conference had inspired CHMC staffs, inspired fighting spirit, condensed strength, created an atmosphere of unity and hard work, positive progress, and striving for success, furtherly strengthened the belief of all staffs to achieve the high-quality development of CHMC, and encouraged the drive to contribute for SINOMACH-HE for the founding of world-class high-end heavy equipment integrated service providers.
