On September 23, 2021, after being well prepared, the Sulfuric Acid Plant of the Tajikistan Aluminum Company which was constructed by CHMC, started the third production, to meet the growing demand for sulfuric acid products in the Tajikistan market.

The production of the Sulfuric Acid Plant continued and all work proceeded orderly. Up to now, more than 3000 tons of 98% sulfuric acid had been produced. The conversion rate, absorption rate of the Sulfuric Acid Plant both reached the design requirements and the main equipment ran safely and smoothly.

Affected by the epidemic, Chinese operation and maintenance personnel could not be dispatched from China for this production. All production and management personnel were Tajik employees trained by CHMC. The site members of CHMC Project Department did their best to solve the problems encountered by the owner in the production in time, and actively did a good job in the production related organization and coordination, which was favorably commented by the owner.

The smooth production of the Sulfuric Acid Plant laid a foundation for signing the final handover certificate and provided a strong support for the continuous and in-depth cooperation between CHMC and Tajikistan Aluminum Company.
