Picture 1. Award the Final Handover Certificate

On January 4th, 2023, after the official approval by the chairman of Tajikistan Aluminum Company and the general manager of Tajikistan Aluminum Management Company, the owner of Tajikistan Aluminum Company, issued the final handover certificate of Tajikistan cryolite, aluminum fluoride plant and sulfuric acid plant to CHMC, marking the end of the warranty period of the EPC Project，the handover to the owner, and the successful completion of the Project.

The EPC Contract of the Tajikistan Aluminum Project was signed in July 2014. It went into full production in August 2017, and obtained the pre-acceptance -- Delivery certificate from the owner, and completed the national acceptance in Tajikistan in May 2019. The outbreak of the pandemic in 2020 greatly affected factory production. In order to do a good job in the maintenance of the factory and ensure the smooth and orderly handover of the Project, the relevant staff of CHMC arranged operation and maintenance personnel to stick to the site in batches during the epidemic period to assist the owner, carrying out production, operation and maintenance work. On December 30, 2022, the owner officially issued the final handover certificate. On January 4, 2023, the final handover certificate was rewarded to CHMC site representative, so that the Project was officially completed.

CHMC would continue to do a good job in the operation and maintenance of Tajikistan Aluminum Project to create greater value for the owners. Meanwhile, guided by its 'regional rolling development' strategy, CHMC would continue to deeply cultivate the Tajikistan market and push forward the market development.
